Reforms in two posts of Awami League
There has been a change in the posts of Awami League central committee.
The party's law secretary Abdul Matin Khasru has been made a member of the presidium, and the new law secretary has been made by Rezaul Karim.
In the 81-member central committee of the Awami League, there is still a vacancy of two presidents and executive members.
Abdul Matin Khasru has been the legal secretary of the party for the last six years. He was elected as the Law Minister in the 1996 Parliament, and has also been elected Member of Parliament four times from Comilla-5 constituency.
Rezaul Karim was the joint secretary of Bangabandhu Bar Council. The former general secretary of the Supreme Court Bar Association Association is currently elected member of Bar Council. The lawyer of Bangabandhu murder case and jail case was the lawyer of the current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina during the army-backed caretaker government of 1 Eleven.
